The Grid & Color tab overlays a proportional grid on any reference photo. Set your canvas dimensions and the app divides both the photo and your canvas into matching cells. Copy one cell at a time to get proportions right. Tap any cell to zoom into a finer sub-grid for detailed areas like faces or hands.

Open a project, tap the camera icon, and point your phone at your canvas. The app detects canvas edges automatically and places corner handles. Drag them to fine-tune, then tap Save. The perspective-corrected image is added to your project.

Inside a project, add a canvas scan at each stage of your painting. Once you have several scans, tap Export Timelapse. The app renders them into an MP4 video showing your progress from blank canvas to finished piece. You can save it to your photo library or share it directly.

First add your paint colours in the My Paints section — search by paint name, Colour Index Name (e.g. PY83, PB29), or hex code. Then in Grid & Color, tap any pixel in your reference photo. The app shows the closest colour match and suggests a mix using the paints you own.

Yes. Inside any project, tap the ⋯ menu and choose Export Project. This creates a file you can AirDrop, share via Files, or send to yourself. On the new device, open the file to import the project with all its scans and data.
